**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an Outstanding Primary School located in Camden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that students with SEN receive the support they need to access the curriculum.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN support.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, educated to a degree level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
