About the Role: This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a company that is experiencing rapid growth. You will be responsible for supporting business-to-business marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads for all the services Innovus offers. You will report to the Content and Social Manager and work within a small but highly dedicated team of experienced marketing professionals who are passionate about supporting the company's ambitious goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Content and Social Manager to deliver the quarterly content campaign plan.
  • Craft compelling copy for lead generation marketing and sales collateral across a range of channels.
  • Create and maintain the sales toolkit, including pitch decks, brochures, emails, and one-pagers.
  • Help create diverse multimedia content, including whitepapers, videos, infographics, and webinars.
  • Coordinate the branded merchandise process, from design and reorders to timely delivery within budget.
  • Support the delivery of the annual events plan, including attendance lists, setup, and logistics on the day, followed by feedback forms and recommendations.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing and designing emails and workflows on our CRM platform.
  • Own the marketing mailbox and briefing form.
  • Project manage ad-hoc creative requests from internal business areas.

Requirements:

  • You will have a positive 'can-do' attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in as we're a small team working in a busy and varied environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proactive self-starter, who is organized, able to prioritize a busy workload, and deadline-focused.
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Adobe and Canva skills.
  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
  • Practical knowledge of HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
  • Degree-educated and marketing qualifications preferable.
