Project Leadership:

Direct and supervise all stages of electrical initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.


  • Inspire and lead project teams, including engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.
  • Planning and Coordination: Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, and financial estimates, ensuring compliance throughout the project duration.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize potential project challenges and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all work aligns with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the building services sector, particularly in electrical initiatives.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant project management credentials (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project locations as necessary.
