Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at Super Smart Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our HR Generalists and providing support to various HRBP functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of a team of HR Generalists to ensure optimal results.
  • Provide support and guidance on HRBP functions such as performance management, organizational development, labour/employee relations, and compensation.
  • Lead HR project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes are conducted in accordance with established policy and in a cost-effective manner.
  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in administrative management or HRM related majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience.
  • Proficiency in basic office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking.
Work Arrangement

Full-time or Part-time
