In these vital roles, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact, delivering a telephony service for our internal and external clients and customers. Reporting to the Telecommunication Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Telecommunication team on our operational contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of the Telecommunication system and its associated processes.
• Respond to all calls courteously and promptly.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
• Assist other Sodexo personnel in their responsibilities.
• Provide operational support for other clerical staff.
• Engage in telephone and face-to-face communication with internal staff and contractors.
• Operate and update the paging and alert systems.
• Initiate internal protocols upon activation of emergency calls or alarms.
• Execute general administrative duties on a daily basis.

• Proven experience in customer service
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Capability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills, articulate and clear
• Competent in keyboard and computer operations

• Good general office experience
