As a Construction Administrator, you will provide administrative support and services necessary for the successful operation of the project, including the management of project documentation, requisitioning materials and plant, and processing goods received notes.

Responsibilities:

* Requisition materials and plant using COINS, ensuring accurate coding and follow-up on orders until delivery.
* Process goods received notes (GRNs) in a timely manner, allocating orders correctly and checking units of measurement.
* Reconcile plant hire invoices, collate external plant invoices, and summarize on a spreadsheet, checking against original quotations and orders.
* Maintain an up-to-date labour gang spreadsheet in conjunction with the construction manager and issue weekly reports to the project manager.
* Process the weekly payroll and send to accounts in a timely manner.
* Produce a weekly overtime report for the project and issue to the project manager.
* Be aware of environmental issues and upload monthly statistics to the project database.
* Be aware of health and safety issues and assist the project in delivering site inductions and processing individual paperwork.
* Possess good communication skills and IT competence, with a detailed knowledge of QED, spreadsheets, databases, and document control systems.
* Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate.

* Construction experience is essential.
