Financial and Helpdesk Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill a dual-role position as a Financial and Helpdesk Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with experience in finance and customer service, who is proficient in Sage 50, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with annual audits and monitor invoicing.
  • Manage supplier ledger, process expenses, and handle timesheets.
  • Conduct reconciliations and prepare supplier payments.
  • Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements.
Helpdesk and Contract Support:
  • Handle general administration and financial tasks.
  • Coordinate job logistics and liaise with clients and contractors.
  • Maintain job tracking systems and support subcontractor access.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in finance roles, with a preference for candidates with a background in SMEs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
