Job Title: Asset Database Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Database Coordinator to join our team. As an Asset Database Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining visual merchandising assets, managing external suppliers, and ensuring perfect on-counter execution of all visual merchandising activities across all points of sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising assets, including point-of-sale materials and graphic updates, to ensure consistency with brand image and market specifications.
  • Manage and support all new store opening needs from a visual merchandising perspective, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Collaborate with the field team to manage the process of ordering and replacing merchandising items, maintaining a high standard of visual implementation in-store.
  • Develop and update universal fixture lists, lightbox, screen, and allocation database trackers to maintain a core visual database for the UK market.
  • Lead regular field visits to ensure that all visual implementation in-store is of a high standard and consistent with brand image guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience in visual merchandising in the beauty industry.
  • Methodical and acutely attentive to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.
  • Clear, prompt, and concise reporting style.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Passion for exceptional representation of the brand at all times.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks through to successful completion.
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all nominated projects.
  • Flexible approach to work, ability to support changing needs and demands.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to undertake travel.
