About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function and ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all customer service inquiries and product returns, providing end-to-end support to our clients.
  • Oversee daily order tracking, manage sales figures, and ensure back-orders are processed promptly to meet customer demands.
  • Assist the Sales Director with pricing inquiries and provide accurate quotations to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product data records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide cover and support for the Purchasing Manager, Vendor Manager, and Accounts Administrator as required.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Calm, confident, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Competent in general IT, with proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage data and reports.
