Key Responsibilities- Handle all customer service inquiries and product returns, providing end-to-end support to our clients.
- Oversee daily order tracking, manage sales figures, and ensure back-orders are processed promptly to meet customer demands.
- Assist the Sales Director with pricing inquiries and provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product data records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide cover and support for the Purchasing Manager, Vendor Manager, and Accounts Administrator as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Calm, confident, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure to ensure seamless operations.
- Competent in general IT, with proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage data and reports.
- Competitive salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
