Job Overview:

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Senior HVAC Engineer on behalf of our client. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept design, feasibility studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), and detailed engineering for HVAC systems in various sectors.
  • Design calculations, developing specifications and datasheets for HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and optimal solutions.
  • Manage vendors to achieve project deliverables within budget and on schedule.
  • Prepare, check, and review HVAC engineering design documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
  • Professional experience in HVAC Engineering & Design across similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC regulations, codes, industry standards, and engineering practices.
  • Strong understanding of health, environment, safety and security requirements.
  • Obtained or working towards Charted accreditation IMechE is preferable.
