Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing a team of up to 7 people, with a track record of success in talent development and management.
  • Qualified by experience or CIPD Level 5 qualification, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Forward-thinking, ambitious, and innovative, with a passion for driving business growth and success.
