Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and adaptable Construction Project Manager to become a part of our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a wide-ranging background in construction and be adept at managing projects across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Community, Healthcare, and Residential.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within financial limits, and to the specified quality benchmarks.
  • Team Leadership: Direct, manage, and inspire the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to facilitate effective and efficient project execution.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations align with health and safety regulations and company protocols.

Quality Assurance:
Uphold exceptional standards of craftsmanship and quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, promptly and professionally addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Resource Coordination: Efficiently manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Reporting: Generate and submit regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting any challenges and proposed resolutions.
  • Framework Compliance: Ensure all projects conform to the standards and requirements of the collaborative frameworks we participate in.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: A comprehensive background in construction, including involvement in Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Community, Healthcare, and Residential projects.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
  • Certifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid at Work certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and construction best practices.
