About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our student accommodation, providing an exceptional living experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant teams in a timely and efficient manner
