We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at the Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

  • Service hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards and within allocated time frames.
  • Be familiar with agreed cleaning standards and presentation of all room categories.
  • Report any damages or breakages promptly to ensure repairs are carried out.
  • Return all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and keep the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy.
