About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Future Inn Cardiff. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our guest bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, adhering to our company's enhanced cleaning procedures.
  • Ensure all areas of the room are thoroughly cleaned, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas.
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant department.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a seamless and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
