Induction Coordinator and Local Flexible Workforce Supervisor

Internal designation: Client Services Supervisor

Hybrid working model available.

Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week), standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Annual salary of £26,164 along with excellent benefits including a Health Cash Plan.

Experience in training or facilitation is highly desirable.

As our induction coordinator, you will guide new team members through an engaging journey within our Supported Housing framework and orientation program. Our induction process has consistently received high satisfaction ratings, and we would love for you to contribute to this success.

Your role will also involve overseeing our dedicated flexible workforce team, ensuring they feel valued and at home.

Fostering and developing talent, while setting colleagues up for success, is crucial in this position. First impressions are significant, and we are counting on you to make them count.

Typical Responsibilities as an Induction Coordinator and Local Flexible Workforce Supervisor

  • Your primary focus will be managing our flexible workforce team and leading our comprehensive induction program.
  • Be an effective communicator, ensuring that our flexible workforce feels integrated and informed with essential updates and compliance training. A strong understanding of operational policies and procedures is necessary.
  • Maintain strong connections with our supported housing service managers, ensuring engagement remains at the core of your activities.
  • As the induction coordinator, you will guarantee that every new team member has a remarkable first impression that resonates. This program is designed to set new hires up for success.
  • Aim for excellence by maintaining high satisfaction levels across all induction sessions.
  • While our program is effective, a mindset geared towards continuous improvement will help you stand out.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in management or as an induction trainer is advantageous, but we welcome insights from your transferable skills.
  • Enthusiasm and a commitment to embodying our core values. This role is challenging, but the rewards are substantial.
  • Experience in group facilitation, ideally with groups of up to 10 individuals.
  • A solid understanding of key learning and development theories and practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Position Details

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility discussed beforehand.
  • We are open to negotiating a flexible work arrangement.
  • Your role will involve working across multiple offices, with opportunities for remote work.
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required, and we will cover the associated costs.
