Are you an experienced Construction Site Supervisor seeking a new challenge in the North East region?

Our client, a leading player in the construction sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to enhance their team. They are committed to becoming the premier small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) building contractor in the area, focusing on both the construction and refurbishment of various structures.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, which includes working supervisors, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers, depending on the project's scale and complexity.

You will report directly to the Head of Construction. This permanent role is ideal for an individual eager to make a significant impact on the organization and its clients, overseeing projects from initial concept through to final completion.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in site supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge in site management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality assurance and ongoing improvement.
