Our team of experts is dedicated to adding value to our clients' businesses by preventing disputes, achieving early resolution of contentious matters, and/or reaching a fair settlement over disagreements.

We are seeking an experienced Quantum professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of documents related to costing, claims, and any other relevant information required to analyze data provided on major disputes.
  • Prepare claims and/or defense documents to litigation/arbitration standards.
  • Support the delivery of commission services aligned with client briefs.
  • Actively contribute to marketing and business development efforts for the full range of our company's services across a diverse client base.
  • Assist in the preparation of expert reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 15 years of experience in the building or civil engineering industry.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally hold a relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MSc in Construction Law and/or a professional qualification.
  • Experience in preparing and defending claims.
  • Previous exposure to dispute resolution methods, such as adjudication and/or mediation.
  • Experience assisting quantum experts.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, networking, etc.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally to meet client requirements.
