Job Title: Conveyancing Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Miles Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Conveyancing Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing department with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of property transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date files and records for all conveyancing transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Monitor and manage critical deadlines, such as contract dates and settlement dates.
- Accurately input and update information in the company's conveyancing management system.
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- Accurate typing/audio typing skills.
- Good telephone manner and effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, but proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days in addition to public holidays
