Job Summary

Miles Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to provide administrative support to the conveyancing team of a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative tasks associated with property transfers, ensuring all legal documents are accurately prepared and filed.
  • Provide essential support to the conveyancing team, including organizing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date files and records for all conveyancing transactions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of transactions, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Monitor and manage critical deadlines, such as contract dates, settlement dates, and other time-sensitive tasks.
  • Accurately input and update information in the company's conveyancing management system.
