We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Interim Head of Communications and Engagement. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic communications leader to drive our organizational success and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead External Communications: Oversee all external communications, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation management, and social media, to influence target audiences and drive behavior change.
  • Enhance Corporate Profile: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and business leaders, to advance our organizational objectives.
  • Manage Communications Team: Lead and develop a high-performing communications team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Drive Business Growth: Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading communications teams and driving organizational success.
  • Strategic Communications Expertise: Strong track record in developing and implementing effective communications strategies that drive behavior change and influence target audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and contribute to business strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and business leaders.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
