About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of Property Managers to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
  • Assist with training, developing, and coaching Property Managers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and oversee the team's customer service Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support and advise colleagues on maintenance works, end of tenancy deposits, safety certification, and compliance.
  • Use your lettings knowledge and experience to help colleagues with daily queries and complex letting situations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings or 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Effective in time management and managing expectations.
  • Naturally robust with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Self-motivated - able to work independently while maintaining a role as part of our team.
