About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager Assistant to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.
About the Role
As a Nursery Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and provide exemplary care to our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) requirements.
- Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assisting the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
- Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and develop open and positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
About You
We are looking for an individual who holds at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and has previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality childcare.
