We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Day Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring every individual child's needs are met.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner.
- Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the highest standards of health and safety.
We are looking for someone who holds at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and has previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for early childhood development.
