Role Summary

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement a human resources strategy that aligns closely with organizational objectives and enhances workforce capabilities.

In conjunction with the HR community and Centers of Excellence, this position will facilitate the execution of tailored processes and solutions across the organization, encompassing workforce planning, HR operations, compensation and performance management, cultural development, change management, and restructuring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership Collaboration
Engage with HR colleagues to cultivate a unified HR culture, ensuring that HR initiatives and proposed modifications are prioritized, effectively planned, and executed with precision.

Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with leaders and managers, fostering professional credibility and mutual respect.

Local HR Strategy Development & Execution
Design and implement a series of interventions to identify and prioritize current and future skill and capability needs, integrating these into learning and development initiatives.

HR Analytics & Reporting
Collect and analyze HR data, feedback, and survey results to monitor and report on key performance indicators, diagnosing trends and concerns while ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

Project Leadership
Develop and execute HR programs aimed at embedding initiatives, supporting cultural transformation, and managing projects of varying complexity. Provide management information on projects, ensuring stakeholders receive adequate risk assessments.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • CIPD membership or equivalent professional credentials.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in diverse HR roles within complex organizational settings.
  • Proven track record in developing people-focused strategies that enhance performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.

Skills

  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with a history of engaging stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities, empowering diverse teams to foster change, engagement, and capability enhancement, while promoting inclusion and diversity.
