Job Description

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management to a portfolio of homes in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to a team of support staff
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
