Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the care homes, ensuring they are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the care homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment provided to residents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
