Regional Support Manager Job Description

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Manager to join our team. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management to a portfolio of care homes in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to care home managers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of care homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
