## Job Title: Support Worker - Children with Disabilities

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Kings Lynn. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and engage in activities
* Develop and maintain Positive Behaviour Support plans, working collaboratively with the team to ensure effective implementation
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Voyage Care's policies and procedures
