Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people in the Crawley area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Manage staff rotas, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality care
What We Offer:
