About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our internal sales team. This is a pivotal role within the digital construction space, where you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets by maximising delivery against set goals through the acquisition of new business.
  • Building strong relationships with small business owners to discuss their potential needs and demonstrate the system's full potential.
  • Utilising a combination of comprehensive industry and product knowledge, along with a proactive approach to building strong relationships at all levels via telephone communication.
  • Developing a strong pipeline of business providing three times cover of the quarterly sales target.
  • Preparing, presenting, and negotiating compelling business proposals to clients.
  • Closing sales over the phone or scheduling further appointments with decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational, written, and oral communication skills and the ability and confidence to identify and new business.
  • Proficient MS Office skills are essential.
  • An understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM system would be beneficial.
