Service and Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Support Manager to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment. As a Service and Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the food/FMCG industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Be the initial point of contact for customer service and spares enquiries
* Maintain health and safety standards, compliance with relevant legislation and site policies
* Resolve escalated customer complaints, implementing corrective actions
* Supervision of the customer service & support team, including people management tasks such as 1-2-1s, appraisals, training, and performance management

**Requirements:**

* Engineering degree/qualification
* H&S qualification
* Full clean driving license
