Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet St Augustine's, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapy directors, clinical leads, and nursing staff, to provide evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to support service users in achieving their goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify service users' needs and abilities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive treatment program
- Provide education and training to service users and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice

Requirements
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist
