Job Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Edinburgh: Fort Kinaird store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
