Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project and Relationship Manager to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service HQ, Eastleigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new technology improvements and working closely with the ICT team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new technology improvements to support the Service's operational officers
  • Work closely with the ICT team to ensure the successful implementation of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including operational officers and suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a blue light service or a similar environment
  • Knowledge of technology and its applications in a fire and rescue service
