Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our Information and Communications platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability for our users across 62 sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving incidents and tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the ICT Technical Team to deliver high-quality ICT services and projects.
- Update and maintain documentation, including the ICT Service Management System.
- Interface with staff at all levels, including Island and Service Headquarters staff.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, supporting ICT infrastructure and having a technical background.
- Windows, desktop, LAN & WAN skills, and ideally communications experience with radio and/or voice services.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, engage effectively with business users and suppliers, and be a confident, proactive individual.
- Occasional travel required, therefore a current full driver's license is necessary.
