Role Overview:

In this position, you will provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, addressing a range of challenges including physical, emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social difficulties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Key Worker for clients, coordinating and updating their care plans.
  • Assisting with various household tasks as needed.
  • Empowering clients to make informed choices regarding their support and personal growth.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of daily activities and planned outings.
  • Providing clients with nutritious meal options tailored to their preferences.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work a mix of early, late, and night shifts on a rotational basis.

Supporting our service users can be challenging, but we are committed to providing you with the necessary support.


Qualifications:

No formal experience in social care is required; we value life experience or previous caring roles. We will provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring, and career development opportunities in a supportive environment.

A positive, proactive attitude is essential in delivering the high-quality care that sets us apart.
