Countrywide Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic residential sales team in Rutherglen, Glasgow. As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for winning listings, gaining new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market

Requirements:

  • Estate Agency experience
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
