Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic residential sales team at Slater Hogg & Howison in our Burnside estate agency.

Your Role

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
