Countrywide Scotland is seeking a highly motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic residential sales team in Rutherglen, Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
