- Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, warehouse, and quality assurance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment, with a focus on team leadership and supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and quality standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems.
