Project Director Events Lead

Hott Source Limited is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event production, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Strategy: Develop and implement event strategies that meet client objectives, including budgeting, timelines, venue selection, and design.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project delivery meets their expectations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality services, manage procurement processes, and ensure event services meet quality standards.
- Financial Management: Control event budgets, track spending, and prepare accurate financial reports to ensure costs are within limits.
