Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized International Administrator to join our client's dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the business by providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and provide key administrative support
- Create and monitor regular reports, distributing the information to the wider team
- Forecast and track account performance
- Assist with client enquiries and requests, ensuring customer expectations are met
- Liaise and work alongside other departments in the organization to ensure projects are running smoothly
- Communicate any updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- IT savvy, confident user of MS Excel
- Versed in managing multiple projects in a timely manner
Details:
Title: International Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Wokingham
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
Please note that the offices are not located close to public transport links, requiring you to have access to a vehicle to be able to get there.
