Job Title: Band 6 Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders of Oncology Care. As a key member of our Molecular Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of CT and PET/CT scans, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT and PET/CT scans to the highest standard, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Ensure quality assurance of equipment is carried out in line with departmental policy, recording and reporting faults in a timely manner.
  • Comply with legislative and hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, particularly in relation to Radiation Protection and Infection Control.
  • Prioritize patients to ensure optimum efficiency and service quality.
  • Work unsupervised, seeking advice from the superintendent or medical staff when required.
  • Assist with training of new staff and support departmental audits in accordance with clinical governance policies.
Requirements:
  • BSc Radiography
  • Previous senior-level experience with comprehensive post-qualification work experience in CT
