CareTech Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need within our Specialist Mental Health Services.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to provide quality care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior.
  • Assist with transportation to appointments or outings as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 12 months of experience within the UK Care Sector.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of patient care techniques and practices.
  • Is familiar with medication administration procedures.
  • Has experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or childcare (a plus).
  • Holds a First Aid certification (desirable).
