Your primary responsibility will be to ensure precise cost management throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the project management team to provide financial oversight and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
Financial Oversight:
Formulate and oversee project budgets, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee compliance with financial limits.
Contract Management:
Oversee contracts and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Discover opportunities for cost efficiency and value improvement through strategic initiatives, enhancing project results without sacrificing quality or performance.
Establish effective cost control practices to monitor project expenditures, identify financial discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and achieve financial goals.
Risk Assessment:
Recognize and evaluate project risks associated with costs, timelines, and quality, developing strategies to minimize potential impacts on project success.
Change Order Management:
Handle change orders and modifications to contract scope, evaluating cost implications and negotiating fair adjustments to contract terms as needed.
Generate regular reports on project financial status, including cost predictions, cash flow analysis, and spending reviews, providing stakeholders with precise and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies, upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all professional activities.
Salary range: £40,000-£70,000 per annum based on experience-
