Project Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic construction company is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring precise cost control and providing financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs to stay within financial constraints.
- Procurement: Handle procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations for materials and services.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contractual relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all terms.
- Value Engineering: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures, addressing any variances to meet financial goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and quality.
- Change Management: Manage and assess cost implications of change orders, negotiating necessary contract adjustments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial performance reports, including forecasts and expenditure analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
