Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying support services to our clients.
About the Role:- Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for day-to-day QS duties on a substantial design and build project.
- You will be responsible for subcontract procurement, administration, cash flow, risk and opportunity management, and cost control.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the cost management of large-scale projects based in NI & UK.
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying, with at least 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main construction contractor.
- Keen to develop your skills on large-scale build projects, and will ideally bring experience of having worked on the same.
- Experienced in using relevant software, and will be generally IT literate.
- A permanent role with a leading construction contractor that can provide structured training, and fantastic opportunities for career progression.
