Job Description

Global Mobility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Manager to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources Global. As a key member of our global mobility team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients on all aspects of global mobility, including international assignments, expatriate management, and relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on global mobility services and processes
  • Assist with the setup of mobility services and processes for new countries
  • Work closely with Country Leads to ensure compliance with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies
  • Support the mobility team with ensuring people compliance with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies
  • Partner with Country Leads and Global Mobility colleagues to implement and improve the quality of overall Mobility service delivery
  • Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
  • Support Country Leads on complex case management and cross-border issues
  • Work and collaborate with team members, stakeholders in India, EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Cooperate with and coordinate external suppliers like law firms, tax consultants, and relocation companies
  • Participate in global mobility-related projects
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services
  • Participate in client meetings to enhance relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree
  • 5-7 years managerial-related experience working within the field of international assignments, global mobility, or expatriate management
  • Strong understanding of global mobility industry practices
  • Minimum of 4 years Payroll experience in support of international assignments
  • Understanding of regional tax, social security, labor law, and immigration regulations
  • Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics
  • Must have exceptional operational, people, analytical, and technical skills
  • Ability to articulate complex matters clearly to senior Global Mobility leaders
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Intermediate/Advance Excel skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Fluent in English and other languages desirable
