Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified SENCo Lead to join our team at LTF Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure inclusive education practices
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and staff on special educational needs
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to special educational needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified teacher status or equivalent
- Experience in special educational needs coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
